Fresh off the heels of her Golden Globes and Critics’ Choice Award wins for her role in the new movie Poor Things, actress and awards show darling Emma Stone has listed her Los Angeles home for $3.995 million dollars. The interiors look a lot like her previous home, which was also filled with fun wallpapers, bright white walls, and colorful, quirky furnishings.

The four-bedroom, four-full-bathroom 1926 home, which boasts a new standalone guest house, is located in the Comstock Hills subdivision in the trendy Westwood neighborhood. And although the gated bungalow may be all Spanish style from the outside, Stone really leaned into a cottagecore-meets-California vibe for the interiors in a recent renovation. Take the double-height vaulted ceiling kitchen, for example. Not only does the space feature a teal statement range, but that stove and oven combo is also topped with a sweet scalloped hood, a motif that pops up again in what appears to be the home’s primary bathroom’s overhead lighting and powder room vanity trim.

Elsewhere in the home, you’ll find Stone partaking in charming pattern play fit for an English country estate but with a decidedly Californian edge, thanks to a punchy pastel palette that reads more Palm Springs pad than Cotswold cottage. A grassy green and white trellis-look wallpaper covers the ceiling in the living room, while a smaller diamond pattern lines the walls in the primary bathroom. Several of the other bathrooms also feature geometric and floral wall coverings, and French doors throughout the home — as well as shelf backs on the living room bookcases and kitchen cabinets — are highlighted with hot pink and lime paint.

The listing for the casual, elegant home is held by agent Eric Lavey of Sotheby’s International Realty’s Beverly Hills brokerage. The two-story house comes in at just under 3,300 square feet and also features a balcony, fireplace, and sizable grass front and back lawns — at least by LA standards.
