Ever since I started my health journey a few years ago, I’ve made it a priority to focus on healthier eating. Not only has it helped me lose weight and feel better overall, it’s become something I enjoy—looking for new recipes that are both nourishing and delicious. Lately I’ve found myself returning to one of my favorite healthy meals: stovetop cinnamon apples. This simple recipe has all the cozy flavors of fall without any of the guilt. With just a handful of pantry staples, you can transform ordinary apples into a warm, comforting dish perfect for chilly nights. What I love most is that it comes together in under 30 minutes. Simply peel, chop and simmer the apples with warming spices until soft. The cinnamon and touch of honey elevate this from a basic sauté to something truly special.
